To share private links with third parties, you need to follow the next steps:
- Click the “Share” button in your project or step views
- Click on “Share viewer access” to allow people outside of Workspace to view the project or step.
- You will see a notification that the link was successfully copied into the buffer.
You can send this link to third parties using your favorite method.
Don’t forget to change the status to “Reviewing” when sharing the link with the client. In that case, the client can add comments to the file following this link.
Your client needs to add an email and write or draw comments on your project. They will get an email with the generated password if they need to access projects later or receive automatic notifications about the project’s status.

- Click on “Invite to Project”
- In the floating window, click on “Generate new link”
